1. What's the difference between underglaze and overglaze?

Underglaze is safest for daily use; overglaze colors never fade.

Usage Tips:

• Underglaze Series (Custom Dog, Hand-Painted Cat, Small Pet, Angel, etc.): Safe for dishwasher and microwave. The glaze surface is solid and durable.
• Overglaze Series (Photo Pet Memorial Urn): Safe for dishwasher and microwave, but avoid scrubbing with hard objects to maintain the best appearance.

2. Are you hand-painted or photo-based?

Except for Photo Pet Memorial Urn (customized from your photo), all products are 100% hand-painted by artisans with 30+ years of experience.

6. What if I don't like the hand-painted preview?

We strictly paint according to the photos and custom requirements you provide. If you have special customization needs (such as specific poses, expressions, background elements), please tell us in detail when placing the order.

Revision & Refund Process:

• Our artisans have 30+ years of experience and will do their best to capture your pet's spirit
• Revisions will extend delivery time (Each revision adds 3–7 days)
• To avoid delays, please communicate clearly upfront
• Photo quality directly affects painting results. We recommend providing clear, well-lit, front-facing photos

7. Can I receive my memorial faster?

Production time cannot be shortened (8 sequential steps required for quality), but express shipping is available.

IV. Size Guide

8. What size urn is right for my pet?

Based on our years of experience, we recommend leaving some space inside each urn — don't fill it too full. This shows respect for your pet and makes future placement easier. Generally, we suggest reserving 10–15% of space.

Pet weight refers to the weight at time of passing.

Not sure which size? Send us your pet's weight and breed for a recommendation.

9. Can I request adding name or date?

Yes. We offer free hand-painted gold or silver name and date on the bottom or back. Please provide exact text when ordering.

10. Can I order before my pet passes?

Absolutely. Many customers order in advance for birthdays, holidays, or preparation. We paint from your current photos, with your approval before final firing.

11. How do you pack for safe shipping?

Triple protection: inner foam wrap + middle rigid box + outer reinforced carton. Full shipping insurance included; free remake if damaged in transit.
