Because every piece is handmade, slight differences may occur in colors, textures, and painted details. These natural variations are part of the beauty of handmade ceramics and make your Pawcelain piece truly one of a kind.

Production time cannot be shortened (8 sequential steps required for quality), but express shipping is available.

Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after shipment. Every piece is carefully packaged with protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely at your home.

Based on years of experience, we recommend leaving some space in the urn—don't fill it completely. This shows respect for your pet and allows for proper placement.

For non-customized products, we accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For customized products, because each piece is created specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue or shipping damage.

We carefully protect every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide: order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the inner packaging, photos of the outer package, and a damage video if available. After reviewing the information, we will arrange a free replacement or remake. You do not need to return the damaged item.
