- We'll email your pet portrait proof for your review as soon as it's ready.
- Take your time — we want you to be 100% happy with the preview.
- Please share your feedback (approval or revision requests) within 72 hours so we can keep your order on track.
- Need more time? Just reply and let us know — we understand this is an important decision.

- Need to change photos later? No problem — just note it may add a few days to production.
Packaging & Tracking
Your memorial is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking email to follow it door-to-door.
