- Overglaze Series (Photo Pet Memorial Urn): Safe for dishwasher and microwave, but avoid scrubbing with hard objects to maintain the best appearance.

8. What size urn is right for my pet?
Based on our years of experience, we recommend leaving some space inside each urn — don't fill it too full. This shows respect for your pet and makes future placement easier. Generally, we suggest reserving 10–15% of space.

9. Can I request adding name or date?
Yes. We offer free hand-painted gold or silver name and date on the bottom or back. Please provide exact text when ordering.
10. Can I order before my pet passes?
Absolutely. Many customers order in advance for birthdays, holidays, or preparation. We paint from your current photos, with your approval before final firing.
11. How do you pack for safe shipping?
Triple protection: inner foam wrap + middle rigid box + outer reinforced carton. Full shipping insurance included; free remake if damaged in transit.
