Shipping Policy

We make and ship Pawcelain orders with care. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.
Order Preparation
- Custom products: approximately 15-20 business days. This period includes the artwork preview stage.
- Ready-made products: approximately 3-5 business days before dispatch.
For custom work, we send a preview before final firing. Please reply within 72 hours. If no reply is received within 72 hours, the preview is treated as approved and production continues.
Transit Time
After dispatch, estimated transit time is 8-15 business days for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other international destinations. Carrier disruptions, remote-area delivery, or customs processing may occasionally extend delivery.
Shipping Charges
- United States: free shipping on all orders.
- Other countries: free shipping when the merchandise subtotal is $80 USD or more.
- Other countries below $80 USD: $9.90 shipping.
Duties and Import Taxes
International orders are shipped on a duties-paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties and taxes are included, so customers should not be asked to pay additional import duties at delivery.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
Tracking is sent after dispatch. Please review the delivery address before ordering. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact support@pawcelain.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the item, inner packaging, and outer package. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
