Yes. After the hand-painting stage is completed (usually about 7–10 days after production begins), we will send you a preview image for confirmation. We provide one free revision opportunity before final firing. Please review and confirm the preview within 3 days. Each custom piece requires approximately 15–20 business days for hand painting, firing, and quality inspection. Including shipping time, orders usually arrive within 23–35 business days after purchase. If you need faster delivery, express service may be available with additional fees.
