How Your Custom Cat Memorial Urn Is Made
1. Share Your Cat’s Photos
After placing your order, upload clear photos of your cat. Photos with natural lighting and a clear view of your cat’s face usually provide the best results. You are welcome to share multiple photos so our artists can better understand your cat’s unique appearance.
2. Artwork Preview Confirmation
After your cat portrait is hand painted, we will send you a preview before the final firing process. This usually happens around 7–10 days after painting begins. Please check your messages and confirm your approval as soon as possible. If we do not receive your response within 3 days after sending the preview, we will consider the design approved and continue with the final production process to avoid unnecessary delays.
3. Hand Painting
Our ceramic artists carefully paint your cat’s portrait by hand using professional ceramic pigments. Every detail is created with patience and care to preserve the unique character of your companion.
4. Final Firing
After approval, the piece is fired at approximately 1280°C. This process permanently preserves the artwork on the ceramic surface.
5. Carefully Packaged & Shipped
After completion, your memorial urn is professionally packaged and safely shipped to your home.

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery for non-custom products. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
