1. Share Your Rabbit's Photos

After placing your order, please upload clear photos of your rabbit. For rabbit portraits, photos showing the face, eyes, ear shape and position, fur colors and patterns, and unique markings are especially helpful. You are welcome to provide multiple photos so our artists can better understand your rabbit's appearance and personality.

2. Artwork Preview Confirmation

After your rabbit portrait is hand painted, we will send you an artwork preview before the final firing process. This usually happens around 7–10 days after painting begins. If we do not receive your response within 3 days after sending the preview, we will consider the design approved and continue with the final production process to avoid unnecessary delays.

3. Hand Painting

Our ceramic artists carefully hand paint your rabbit's portrait using professional ceramic pigments. Every detail — from the gentle expression to the unique ears and fur patterns — is created with patience and care.

4. Final Firing

After approval, your memorial piece will go through approximately 1280°C high-temperature firing. This process permanently preserves the artwork on the ceramic surface.

5. Carefully Packaged & Shipped

After completion, your rabbit memorial urn will be carefully packaged with protective materials and safely shipped to your home.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. After confirming the damage, we will arrange a free replacement. You do not need to return the damaged item.
