Ceramic artisans in Jingdezhen, China, study your cat’s coat color, facial shape, eye color, fur length, markings, and expression to create a personalized portrait inspired by the companion you remember.

Include your cat’s name, important dates, a short message, or concise design instructions. Enter spelling, capitalization, and dates exactly as you want them to appear. If a particular feature is especially important, mention it clearly so the artist knows which details to prioritize.

Natural, indirect daylight is ideal. Avoid strong filters, colored indoor lighting, and overexposed images that make cream or gray details disappear. If your cat appears different across photographs, identify the image that best represents their true coloring.
Jingdezhen, China, has a long history of porcelain craftsmanship. Pawcelain draws on this ceramic tradition to create handmade memorial pieces with individual character.
Each urn may pass through up to 72 making steps, including clay preparation, shaping, drying, trimming, firing, hand-painting, glazing, inspection, and packing. Ceramic pigments are applied by hand, and the finished piece is high-fired at approximately 1280°C according to the production process.
Natural variations in brushwork, glaze, color, and surface are part of handmade ceramic craftsmanship. The artist follows your approved portrait direction, selected options, and written details as carefully as possible while preserving the character of a handmade piece.

Capacity is the primary specification. Pet-weight guidance is approximate because cremains volume and the size of the returned inner bag can vary. The ceramic body is waterproof, but the lidded urn is not airtight, vacuum sealed, or hermetically sealed. Keep cremated remains inside their sealed inner bag.
One complimentary revision is available before final firing. Please consolidate your feedback into one clear response. A requested revision may extend production by approximately 5–7 additional days. Once final firing begins, the portrait can no longer be changed.

The artist studies coat warmth, shadows, eye color, facial shape, nose and ear tones, fur length, and visible markings. Natural-light images are especially helpful for understanding pale fur.
Yes. Photos showing the cheeks, chest, ears, tail, and body silhouette help the artist interpret fur length and shape. The result is a hand-painted ceramic portrait rather than an individual-hair reproduction.
