From shaping the clay and painting details to glazing, firing, and final inspection, each step is carefully completed by hand.

Because of the handmade process, small variations in color, texture, or details are natural and make every piece unique.

All Pawcelain pieces are handcrafted in Jingdezhen, China — known as the "Porcelain Capital of the World."

Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after shipment.

Every piece is carefully packaged with protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely at your home.

7. What if my order arrives damaged?

We carefully protect every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the inner packaging
• Photos of the outer package
• A damage video if available

After reviewing the information, we will arrange a free replacement or remake. You do not need to return the damaged item.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

For non-customized products, we accept returns within 30 days after delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For customized products, because each piece is created specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue or shipping damage.
