Pawcelain creates handmade ceramic keepsakes, memorial urns, and meaningful pieces for pet lovers. Custom portraits are hand-painted from the photographs supplied with each order.
Our ceramic pieces are handcrafted and kiln-fired in Jingdezhen. Everpet Memories Limited is registered at Room A5, 7/F, Astoria Building, No. 34 Ashley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
Custom production takes approximately 15-20 business days and includes the artwork preview stage. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is estimated at 8-15 business days.
We send a preview before final firing. Please reply within 72 hours. If no reply is received within 72 hours, the preview is treated as approved and production continues. One complimentary revision is included.
If you remain dissatisfied after the included revision, we will issue a 50% refund. After approval or deemed approval and final firing, portrait changes are no longer possible.
A custom order may be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. Once production begins, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or fully refunded for a change of mind. Confirmed damage or quality issues are handled under the Refund Policy.
Yes. Ready-made, non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. The customer pays return shipping, and any original $9.90 shipping charge is non-refundable.
Shipping is free for every United States order. For other countries, shipping is free at $80 USD or more and costs $9.90 below $80 USD.
Yes. International orders are shipped DDP, so applicable import duties and taxes are included.

Yes. After the hand-painting stage is completed (usually about 7–10 days after production begins), we will send you a preview image for confirmation. We provide one free revision opportunity before final firing. Please review and confirm the preview within 3 days. If we do not receive a response within this time, we will proceed with the next production step to avoid delaying your order.
Yes. You can add meaningful details such as names, dates, phrases, flowers, scarves, clothing, bows, flags, or other personalized elements. If you have a specific idea, please upload reference images to help our artisans better understand your vision.
Each custom piece requires approximately 15–20 business days for hand painting, firing, and quality inspection. Including shipping time, orders usually arrive within 23–35 business days after purchase. If you need faster delivery, express service may be available with additional fees.
Clear photos help our artisans better capture your pet's unique features. Please provide clear, well-lit photos showing your pet's face, fur color, and details. Front-facing or slightly side-facing photos usually work best. If possible, please also provide full-body photos and additional angles.
After placing your order, please upload your pet's photos and customization details. Our artisans will carefully hand-paint your pet's portrait based on the photos and information you provide. Before final firing, we will send you a preview image for confirmation. Once approved, your piece will continue through glazing, firing, and final inspection.
