The Pawcelain Custom Pet Portrait Mug is handmade in Jingdezhen from the photographs you provide. A ceramic artist studies your pet's face shape, ears, muzzle, coat colors, markings, and expression, then translates those details into a sculpted and hand-painted ceramic portrait rather than a flat printed transfer.
Choose a handleless mug or a coffee cup with a round, square, or heart-shaped handle, then select the interior color. Before final firing, you receive an artwork preview and one complimentary revision opportunity so the portrait, wording, and selected details can be reviewed while changes are still possible.
Styling props, beverages, frames, gift contents, and other objects shown in photographs are not included unless the product specification explicitly lists them.
The pet portrait is the defining feature. Ask the customer to identify the image that controls expression and the supporting image that shows the truest coat color. Handle style and interior color should frame the portrait rather than compete with it.
Use one sharp front or three-quarter face photograph in natural light. Add a second image for coat color, ears, chest markings, or profile, and a third only when a familiar accessory or asymmetrical marking is not visible in the main photograph.

Each mug is shaped, sculpted, refined, painted, glazed, and fired through multiple ceramic stages in Jingdezhen. The portrait and small pet elements are formed and painted by hand rather than printed onto a factory mug.
After artwork approval, the piece is glazed and high-temperature fired so the ceramic surface becomes durable and food-safe. Small variations in form, brushwork, glaze, color, and placement are natural signs of handmade work. They do not replace Pawcelain's responsibility to follow the approved portrait direction, wording, options, and quality standard.

The mug is made from lead-free, food-safe, high-fired ceramic. Handmade sculpted elements should still be handled gently, and the mug should not be treated as a toy.
Pawcelain does not promise dishwasher or microwave safety for these sculpted custom pieces unless a specific product test says otherwise. Hand washing is recommended. Avoid sudden temperature changes and direct flame.

Yes. Ready-made, non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. The customer pays return shipping, and any original $9.90 shipping charge is non-refundable.
