The Pawcelain Personalized Pet Coffee Mug places one to five small sculpted pet figures around the rim of a handmade ceramic coffee cup. Working from your photographs, the artist uses coat color, ear shape, facial markings, and other recognizable details to distinguish each pet while keeping the cup playful and usable.
Choose the number of pets and interior color, then review an artwork preview before final firing. One complimentary revision is included while the design can still be adjusted.
Styling props, beverages, frames, gift contents, and other objects shown in photographs are not included unless the product specification explicitly lists them.
For multi-pet orders, require a labelled photograph set. Each pet should have a name or identifier, one main face image, and concise notes about the feature that distinguishes them from the others.
Upload one clear face image per pet and label every file. When two pets have similar coats, add one supporting angle or note identifying the different ears, blaze, muzzle, collar, or eye color. Do not ask the artist to infer which image belongs to which pet.

Each mug is shaped, sculpted, refined, painted, glazed, and fired through multiple ceramic stages in Jingdezhen. The portrait and small pet elements are formed and painted by hand rather than printed onto a factory mug.
After artwork approval, the piece is glazed and high-temperature fired so the ceramic surface becomes durable and food-safe. Small variations in form, brushwork, glaze, color, and placement are natural signs of handmade work. They do not replace Pawcelain's responsibility to follow the approved portrait direction, wording, options, and quality standard.

The mug is made from lead-free, food-safe, high-fired ceramic. Handmade sculpted elements should still be handled gently, and the mug should not be treated as a toy.
Pawcelain does not promise dishwasher or microwave safety for these sculpted custom pieces unless a specific product test says otherwise. Hand washing is recommended. Avoid sudden temperature changes and direct flame.
