For multi-pet orders, require a labelled photograph set. Each pet should have a name or identifier, one main face image, and concise notes about the feature that distinguishes them from the others.
Upload one clear face image per pet and label every file. When two pets have similar coats, add one supporting angle or note identifying the different ears, blaze, muzzle, collar, or eye color. Do not ask the artist to infer which image belongs to which pet.

Each mug is shaped, sculpted, refined, painted, glazed, and fired through multiple ceramic stages in Jingdezhen. The portrait and small pet elements are formed and painted by hand rather than printed onto a factory mug.
After artwork approval, the piece is glazed and high-temperature fired so the ceramic surface becomes durable and food-safe. Small variations in form, brushwork, glaze, color, and placement are natural signs of handmade work.
